He knows, he is joking, its an ongoing thing in these steam user posts that there is always some dumbass who doesnt know what concurrent means :D

And we need to stop getting these threads everytime steam picks up another few hundred thousand users, we are getting one every week :P

As a Steam, Origin, Uplay, Nintendo and PSN account holder, this news doesn't effect anything that I can foresee. If anything having so many online at the same time probably slows down my server connection to those games somehow, wouldn't surprise me anyway.
