Well it was a rumor before, seems to be confirmed now. So that's news.

If it's confirmed it's to help GameStop back up since all this crap about used games blockage and stuff. Good thing.

Sweet, I just got quite a bit of trade-in value. Now I know what to use it on.

This is a good thing since I don't do online transactions on PSN, XBL, and Steam because I can't find any trust in it. I woud rather get prepaid cards than use a credit card.

This is good news.I've always prefered paying using pre-paid cards over credit/debit cards.

I didn't realize this at first but I have like $100 worth of trade in credit left over since I traded in over half of my PS3 games last year. Now I can use that credit for Steam games since I hardly ever buy console games anymore

They need some at walmart too.

It does seem like a pretty smart way for valve to get in on the money from used games

Well that is just wonderful.
Now I don't have to ask my dad's permission to use his credit card anymore. He didn't so much care for me purchasing Batman Arkham Asylum on his credit card last week >.>

Steam sales will go up a lot with this.

Great news. For those consolers who haven't used Steam, Steam is IMO the best online gaming service and it's free! Did I forget to mention the awesome weekly, weekend and especially summer and christmas sales.

Definitely a good thing, I prefer buying prepaid cards like this rather than pay using a credit card.
