On the other hand, it does provide really the best gaming you can get for your money. I'm not saying its a bad idea to own one. But dont call the 360 a great console. i dont have a list on me but there was plenty, hell not even all exclusives but they paid rockstar to get gta4 on 360, and 50mil for dlc. they paid to get alan wake exlcusivity. im not just talking about buying exclusives but paying for ps3 exclusives to go multiplat, like devil may cry 4.

this isnt a thread to hate on 360 but more to show people that you should really thank ms not for making a great console (its not a great console) but for acquiring great games and the devs for choosing to develop on it

Still the 360 offers the best gaming experience.... but its all up to taste and if you need all the extra stuff the PS3 offers (which isnt much anymore).

I only have a wii, but to me, the 360 is the best bet for the true advancement in gaming.

haha dont worryiv got a unused ethernet port onmy router and anempty spot right next to my 360 for the release that is MGS4. hopfully by then the PS3 will have picked up more speed in the software department, and for god sakes sony ditch that HOME crap and give me us a seemless, unified online experience w/o all the virtual furnature!

QFT.... im not going to deny that the 360 is a freezebox. just about every game i have played has frozen up on me more than a couple of times. it has gotten to the point that i just have tosave every half hr. Mass Effect froze 3 times in one sitting on me yesterday. Im also getting sick of having to clear my stupid cache. WTF MS. lol

Yes basically anyone who has any capacity to think and has some decent knowledge of the 360 and its short history can agree that it sucks as a system, but the game lineup is amazing but that has nothing to do with the hardware it self. THANK THE DEVS!!

A company that pays $50 million for "exclusive dlc", $120 million to a movie studio to drop the competitor's format while their own fans dont get a thing in return... No corporation cares is an angel, but MS is one of the most aggressive so you can rest assured they bought many exclusives.
