street fighter 4

does anyone else besides me hope they make a new street fighter? If so what platform would you like to see it on and what new features?

Or do you think that sf4 couldnt compete with the likes of Tekken, Virtua Fighter, and DOA?

Theres actually i new 2d street fighter in the works with artwork completely redone! it's on either PS3 or 360 i forgetcreativeminded

I think that Capcom should work with Team Ninja and use the DOA4 engine to make a Street Fighter 4 3D game, God knows that it's fast enough.

I always thought Virtua fighter/Soul calibur was the equivalent to a 3D Street Fighter.Because the 3D street fighter game in the arcades was kind of sucky.

They need to stay true to the 2D formula,they could still make it 2D.5 tho'.

Street Fighter only has one good game and thats part two. I think Street Fighter is pretty much done for in next gen gaming, much like Capcoms other franchise Mega Man.Carmilla31

Damn you Megaman Battle Network seriesi damn you to hell.Really capcom needs to make another Powered Up! game for the PSP i say 2 and 3.Then continue with the x series.

They should do Street Fighter 4 in 2D like they're doing with Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo HD Remix, with huge 1080p HD sprites!

I have little doubt that Capcom is using SSF2THDR to test the waters for Street Fighter 4. SSF2THDR is going to be availible on PSN Store and XBL Marketplace later this year, so hopefully it sells well. That is also a pretty strong indication that SSF2THDR will be a bi-console release (sorry Wii).
