I'm not much into Street Fighter, but damn this looks good on the PC

man this game is ugly even at 4k. It looks like Clayfighters in HD but that picture is not direct feed right? Because I see tons of noise.

Can't wait. Loved Street Fighter 4. It was one of the most well done PC versions I've ever seen.

Unreal 4 is no joke

Good to see more and more Unreal 4 Engine games.

I hope the Master Race version isn't broken like Arkham Knight and Heroes of Might & Magic VII.

Yeah, sometimes a game can be hit or miss on PC.

It's so frustrating to anticipate a game only to find out that it doesn't work on your PC because: everyone is having problems (game is broken) or even worse: only you are having problems.

However, consoles are not free from this. I bought POP Trilogy on PS3 and the game was unplayable and broken. People asked Ubisoft to fix it, they never did.

At least I found that most problems with PC games either: get fixed by the dev, get fixed by the community, or if you search online you can also find solutions for fixing the situation.

While I find that indeed, PC games do have more issues (more hardware set-ups too). I also find a great community to fix what some devs leave broken. While on console: if a game is left broken, tough luck !

You think DX12 ports will improve the situation. MS did emphasise the DX12 ecosystem would allow simple porting. I'm hoping it helps.

PS4 and Xbox One architecture allow for more easier porting to PC too. In fact most engines accomdate PS4/Xbox One/PC versions these days.

It allows for more games to make it over to PC (we do see that). But it also allows for lazier developers (we do see that as well).

I imagine a lot of Xbox One games will make it to PC. As long as it reduces the need to lazy third party porting developers like the guys who ported Arkham Asylum.

Looks good, I like the art style a lot. Much like SF4's. But I will say that the textures do seem really bland in the pics. But it's all good, doesn't bother me at all.

Haven't played AK, but I'd still take a lazy port over no PC version.

Eventhough I have consoles, I still want multiplats on PC. Even the worst ports are still better on PC.

But yeah what WB did was pretty bad. The guys they hired were like 6 people with zero experience coding for PC.

I wouldn't mind getting a 4K TV for xmas. Be good to see what some games look like at that resolution.

When AK came out, it worked better on Nvidia cards, I think. I had to run it at 30fps though. :-(

I'm with the people in saying I hope this game doesn't launch a complete epic disaster like Batman Arkham Knight. I can't wait to play the game I'm just scared the game will sh!t itself when released on the PC. I mean you have to pre-order the game just to get in the beta aka Glorified Demo on PC.

Damn that looks amazing. I might have to double dip on this one. I got the PS4 CE so I could get that sweet Ryu statue. But man 4K SF looks amazing.

360 controller has to be the worst thing for fighting games ever. You're probably better off playing with a steering wheel.

And Fight/Arcade sticks explode if you plug them into your PC.

II own an arcade stick and i have played nearly all arcade fighting games from the pastr couple of decades from neo geo to capcom games from consoles,actual arcades and emulaton,i own every modern fighting game on the PC which is more than you think , some japanese one like BlazBlue i have played hundreds of fghtiing games i probably have the most amount of hours which would be close to a thousand hours in King of Fighters 98 as thats one of my favourites....so no i have not missed out on a ton.

Well I know for a fact fighting games were partly neglected on PC until last gen. So how do you claim to play so many fighting games on PC when some of the biggest ones came to PC years after release, especially in the 90s and early 2000s. Tekken 3, SF3, DOA, KI it took years for those to come to PC and many never saw official releases so it would have required emulation.

As for the best players go look at Daigo and Justin Wong or everyone at EVO for that matter. You fail... Accept facts and stop being delusional.

I was gonna get the PC version anyways but playing it on 4K means lower framerates, I'll be okay in 1440p.

hopefully in the future Multiplats are cross compatible.

The online multiplayer component is going to be cross-platform. You'll be playing with the same pool of people regardless of whether you get the PS4 or PC version.

@gameofthering: Main reason i brought Monster Hunter Tri and hoped number would 4 be the same. FFXIV it works well as have a friends list on there and can add ps4 users if choose to do so. I do like cross play as the more users the better experience for games which has a multi player aspect.

Looks great but the frame rate needs to be rock solid, that's the most important thing in a fighter....missing a move because of a frame hitch that can cost you the match is just a big bummer
