Super Mario Sunshine's potential remake and review (8.0).

First of all, you know how Twilight Princess is considered one of the biggest flops ever with an 8.8? What about Sunshine? Freaking 8.0 from Jeff Gerstmann. What were people saying back then, if anyone has been around long enough to know? Also, Majora's Mask got an 8.3. I mean, why aren't these brought up? Super Mario 64 is obviously one of the greatest games ever, so you think Sunshine would follow suit, or at least get an AAA.

Okay, also, they've remade Super Mario Brothers 1-3, Super Mario World 1 and 2, and Super Mario 64. From the GameBoy Color to the Nintendo DS, we've covered all of Mario's console platforming journies. Next in line is Sunshine. Although, given its track record, I wouldn't blame Nintendo if they just skipped to Galaxy. But I disgress, the next handheld will inevitably be able to handle the power the same amount, if not better, the GameCube can handle, so Sunshine seems like it could be a launch title on there. Hell, we could even have Galaxy on the same one. What do you guys think? I can't wait to see the new handheld, although I am fine with the DS for now.

I loved sunshine. It was like partying on the beach with mario lol i dont get why it got a bad wrap.. an 8.0 was just wrong. I really want them to remake it for ds, sm64 worked awesomely and that was a launch title, they should have no problem formatting it to DS

I wish Nintendo would stop wasting all their developer talent on remakes and spinoffs. I'd like to see some new IP from Miyamoto along the lines of F-Zero, Donkey Kong or Pikmin. Not this WiiMusic garbage. I don't understand all these Gamecube remakes... do they not have enough good ideas for Wii games that they have to remake games that came out less than 5 years ago?

The day nintendo handhelds start to focus on 3d over 2d is the day I stop buying them. There's a reason super nintendo games still look and play good while almost every ps1 game makes me want to throw up.

Sunshine is sooo good. I played through it again about a month ago. I truly forgot how great that title is.

Sunshine is probably one of my favorite Mario games of ALL TIME.

I think I enjoyed it more then Galaxy.

It was definitely harder to me then Galaxy that's for sure.
