Voted AAAA, watching the video now and my hype for this game has gotten even higher. The new characters look so much fun, the stages look fresh, and the graphics really bring it all together.

Is it me or do projectile attacks seem weakened? Haven't finished the video but I noted that Rosalina, Little Mac, and The Villager all have ways to deflect or avoid them.

8/10 Can't wait to go to my brothers house and play it on his Wii U.

This direct was in the top 3 directs ever. It showed that Sakurai gets what the fans want and knows what he's doing.

I know I'm in the minority, but I don't find Smash all that fun. It's neat for the first few days, and then I just get bored of it.

Imo, I would have just released the WiiU one this year and pushed the handheld version back to next year.

You shouldn't use Polls for other reasons (HYPE tampering, better to collect individual HYPE), but mostly because NOW at Gamespot we can't edit the titles of threads if you decide to include polls and using polls creates other OP issues for what I imagine will be a long thread. Part of the fun is the title later on, yah?

Plus, that huge ass OP will be in EVERY PAGE in this thread, just forcing everyone to scroll down and just isn't fun as the thread gets longer.

I am looking forward to the Wii U version in Winter. The 3DS handheld version Smash comes out Summer which I'll skip, but handheld fans should enjoy.

Nah, I'm in a similar boat. Nintendo games just don't click with me anymore. Hell, the Wii U is the only console I've ever sold.

HYPE as in the union? would be strange capitilization otherwise. People still believe the old unions give enough of a shit to tamper with a hype thread?
