Well, that was quick. Just a week after E3, Microsoft decided to remove the Always-Online DRM from the Xbox One. Salt of Biblical proportions followed coming from Lemmings, but you know, this is good for everyone. Except Lemmings who wanted their rights taken away. This...is....SYSTEM WARS MAGAZINE!!!!

MS showed the gaming world they are greedy/controlling losers. Sony shows class and does right by gamers. 

MS seriously tainted their image. They would've gone through with that crap if Sony and the rest of the gaming world wouldn't have stood up to them.

For MS to not know better than that is utterly rediculous and shows their level of greed & how out of touch they are.

Making a living is NOT a selfish endeavor in itself.

What is selfish is doing business unethically,

 

1. like making your consumer pay full price for renting a game

2. spying and data mining your consumer unknowingly and selling it to some third parties.

3. by not clearly stating in your policies how long will you provide support on a system dependent product.

4. by monopolizing the industry by denying your consumer the right to own the product.

5. by locking your consumers away from all related products they have already bought when you find they don't subscribe to your guidelines.

Pretty much this. Is Sony had went first with the DRM it probably would have been the other way around. lol!! It's never too late. Sony made a valiant, but fruitless comeback with the PS3. I don't think Microsoft and the XBox One are going anywhere. The XBox 360 will probably sell even better if M$ would drop the price by $100 before the holidays.
