I saw Tales of and Story of Seasons on Nintendo Everything this morning.

What a shame with the Wii U stuff they're re-releasing that they're not bringing over Bayonetta 1 & 2. Would have been a great launch title for those that didn't own a Wii U. They already got Splatoon and Mario Kart 8 covered.

Anyhow, there's maybe like a dozen musts have Wii U games they could have ported over, then again having too many at once might look bad. Better that they let them trickle out over time or due to any pressing demand. Games I'd like to see one day release on Switch, or sequels to them, include:

• Super Smash Bros for Wii U (with all DLC characters)
• Twilight Princess HD
• Wind Waker HD
• Hyrule Warriors
• Pikmin 3
• New Super Mario Bros for Wii U + Luigi U
• Mario 3D World
• Captain Toad
• Xenoblade Chronicles X
• Bayonetta 1 & 2

Part of the problem with some of these games is re-releasing some might undermine next iterations of them. For instance, a Hyrule Warriors port might undermine a sequel, and honestly they'd probably have a lot of same content anyways so not worth it. But if there's no plans for that, I don't see why not just re-release it. Pikmin 3 would be good to release with Pikmin 4, that would be great value added and allow people without a Wii U to play both. Maybe Nintendo will do like they're doing for Mario Kart 8 with regard to Super Smash Bros, guess we'll see. Maybe they can combine some others into collections, for instance maybe they could do a NSMBU & Luigi U bundled with Mario 3D World and Captain Toad. Or maybe bundle Twilight Pincess HD and Wind Waker HD, or maybe throw in Hyrule Warriors too as a sweetener.

Holy shit at Xenoblade Chronicles 2, i didn't even expect that.

Mario, Splatoon 2 and Zelda are games I want. That is half the amount of games that I bought for the PS4 so far... And that's its first year.

The way people talk about Nintendo consoles it's like they buy dozens of games for their PS4/XB1. The only way I see that happen is if you neglect PC gaming. And if you actively ignore what's great, then I'm not very surprised that you'd try to ignore Nintendo too.

If I can play 15 games by the time the Switch is done that I think are great or better, then it is totally worth the price for me. That's more than I'll ever expect to get out of my PS4. Or even 10, actually, if it contains a classic.

Do you think Bestbuy will have preorders available next friday?

Only 2 launch games worth talking about, although the new Zelda, much like the rest of Nintendo is 2 gens behind in terms of open world design and content.

The price for these games is the issue. Nintendo games will be the most expensive games on the market by some distance come release.

Anyway lots of interesting games, besides Zelda I am mostly looking forward to dragon quest 10/11... but yeah no way I am paying double price for it, just because I live in Denmark!! So probably won't get it before I am in the U.K. Next... going to Prague in may, so will maybe get it there

Games will be priced as normal, $59.99 in USD, how much in your funny money I'm not sure :)

Also is Pokemon Stars confirmed? Thought that was a rumor still.

Don't forget Yooka-Laylee. It's being developed for the Switch since the WiiU version was cancelled.

if mario odyssey isn't delayed, the switch already has a better first-year lineup than the PS4 and XB1 by a wide margin.

This has to be the weakest launch titles line up ever. The Wii U had like 30 games and both PS4 and Xbox One had like 20 launch titles. But to be fair, we'll wait and see if more gets added before launch because we do have like a month left. Dang only a month away, we'll see. But Zelda!

On GAME they are being billed at £59.99, so we're actually paying more over here. Thats a problem. Oh and seeing as normal versions of games on a PS4/XB1 are just cheaper, like 10 pounds if not more. On top of that, I just looked up deluxe versions of For HOnour and a steelbook version of Resi 7 and both are cheaper than £60.

Has Nintendo lost the plot? Didn't N64 games cost more back in the day too?
