The Twilight Princess ownage was the equivalent of a cult mass suicide.

And the Letdown i mean Crackdown ownage was pretty funny too.

I don't know if anyone remembers the mystery "MEGA TON" announcement that was supposed to be made wayyyy back in the day. It was after the cube was released, probably in late 2001 sometime. What a terrible rumor.chunding_basic

I can't wait for the next Zelda TP-like review. Not because I hate any faction/games, I just loved all the threads yelling "biased!". Hopefully it'll be something huge like Mario Galaxy, MGS 4, Crysis or Halo 3. pundog

LOL, yeah "MEGATON" went on forever, and people insisted that it was true. The hype just kept building and building. I really think it was nothing, however capcom DID have a statement (a little bit later) about 5 games (or something like that) that were supposed to be game cube exlusives and awesome. Killer 7 was one, a dragon flying game was another......dang, it's been so long!

Sheep did get shaved, LOL.

Unfortunately I think thats something we cannot copy.  Its dead and buried only the creators could bring it back to life.

Basically, Ace_556 made a misleading topic title to get people to enter, and inside was a porn picture of a famous celebrity (I can't remember her name, but I think she was black).

There were no mods on at the time, and so the thread got many, many replies (300+ or something) for a few hours, until mods finally came.

Everyone who posted anything (Including me) got week bans. People who quoted the picture got 30-day bans I believe.

It sparked a few stickies and some new rules.

Yeah, idk, I just know that it got incredibly huge. It kinda sucked when I got a temp ban for it though.
