System wars doesn't discuss certain games enough?

I realize this is system wars and there is a premium put on hyping exclusive games because it distinguishes one console from another, but I can't help to think that certain games get overlooked here. The sports genre is one for sure. I realize FNR4 is a multiplat and a sports game. Most people don't care for whatever reason but this game is awesome. I can read this forum and games that get hyped up so much but I am having more fun with this game then anything else. I have it on the 360 and it's awesome.

Simply put, if you can't claim ownage on it or its on the wii, its not discussed most of the time. Learn those simple rules and you will know all there is to know about SW.

I think multiplats play a big part. Games liek Fallout 3, GTA IV with downloabable content. The 360 wins. I honestly could care less if I play uncharted 2.

Have you seen the graphics in Fight Night Round 4 on the 360? It's a ridiculously good looking and playing game.

I have the game on both 360 and PS3. It's a good game. I prefer playing it on 360 because of the smaller analog sticks. It seems like it's a bit easier to use TPC with the 360 controller instead of the DS3 because of that. I haven't bothered playing online because all people do is quit instead of finishing matches. Overall, it's a good game that's just flying under the radar. Not many people are interested in boxing games I guess...

Sports games are nearly dead to me IMO, I don't talk/play much of them either.

Well it is a genuine thread. I was just using certain games as examples. I guess i shouldnt have turned this into a 360 thing because i do have different tastes in games and most games i like are multiplats and games that dont get discussed here. I'm kind of surprised for a majority of people i would guess the best games for the most part are multiplats because they can sell the most copies.

To make this not a 360 thread I really have never been a Gears or Halo head for example. I much prefer Fallout. I also really liked Ghostbusters recently. I like blizzard games. I like Fight night a bunch. The bigs 2 is also really good. Battlefield 1943 just got released and is probably the best downloadable game ever.

It's a SPORTS game, they don't get recognized here....save for lately, a lot of the Wii Fans have been really happy with Sports games, strangely. I think I even saw a Sig with Tiger Woods in it.

It wasn't just Punch out, it was Gran Tennis, Virtua Tennis, PES Soccer, Tiger Woods, Baseball, etc.
