I got Radiant Historia for $5 dollars. I'm only at the begninning still. Haven't put much time into it.

Played the Syndicate demo, it was what I was expecting but worse.

Radiant Historia is a fantastic game.

I sold my other copy for $95 a few weeks ago. :D

I've come to the conclusion that calculus is tedious as hell and I want a cyndaquil really really badlly.

Mess around with Gmod with a third person view like Resident Evil and so I tested it out with a crypt map while throwing in a couple zombies:

That was actually a pretty creepy map. Not as creepy as the ghost hunt maps, but man the sound effects.0_0

It's a kind of FPS that I have no interest in, if you think this looks fun than you might enjoy it. It was a co-op demo so it differed some from the campaign footage.

Problems that I had were:

Enemies weave

The magic L2 button that auto heals your ally and does everything

The magic R2 button that allows you to see where all the enemies are (it's worse in single-player)

The hoards and hoards of enemies

The gunplay with automatics

How cover heavy it is

etc.

The single-player seems to hold your hand more than the co-op that I went through.

Doesn't look bad (at least it looks much more interesting then say Call of Duty and Battlefield). I do like the setting and UI interface. Maybe I will give the demo a round.

And Idon't see what is wrong with the controls. It basically RE4 controls but a bit more smoother to me and it a good setup with one analog. I guess RE5 controls were such a improvement that RE4's are outdated already?

G4 is just a sorry excuse for a review outlet. They'll do anything to blow a small issue out of proportion. They'll imagine their own issues as well. Will also bash the hell out of whatever is on a Nintendo console.

When the new show first aired, when bronies wasn't even a term, there was some TV reviewer or critic that talked about how modern cartooning is dead, putting My Little Pony at the highlight. So one day, some random person found the article and posted it on the site not to be mentioned. There, after some time, the Pony love grew over time, however, that love led to some "revolutions" for lack of a better word.

The overflowing of ponies on that site caused the admin and mods there to issue bans to anyone posting or talking about ponies in anyway. It was mostly because that site at one point was divided between the lovers and haters. That's all that would happen there. That's why you may have seen the "mods are asleep: post ponies" or "banned: back in 10 seconds flat" images at some point. Despite the efforts, the love and tolerance stood strong.

So after some time, the rule against ponies was eventually lifted and the internet eventually moved on to the next thing to rage about. They even got their own pony section on the site, or so I'm told. Within time, this love eventually spread outside of the forbidden site into other domains, both on the internet and in reality. It was around this time that the term "brony" was coined.

And so within time, the writers discovered the fanbase, and the show now belongs to them instead of the "original" demographic, thus strenghting the bond of the bronies and their love for My Little Pony. The war continues as it does now, but it's clear it is here to stay for a good while. And that's the story of how we are here now.
