Take-Two and 3D Realms drop DNF Lawsuits, 3D Relams looking to finish game

Well, that's surely a good news for Duke fans (like me). I'd buy DNF just to have it. Get on that, 3DR.

Ah.. thanks for the info, gearbox is a good dev so they will do fine.

Apparently there's not much to finish, either. 3D Realms claims tha game is more than 90% done.

Well EA cant pick this up since Take-two allready give the rites for Gearbox to complete Duke nukem forever also because 3D Realms is closed down. And from my understanding take-two is announcing this game at E3gundaicut
