The only link in this thread indicates that the Xbox won. Until someone provides some evidence showing otherwise, that's the fact of the matter.

The word "disappointing" doesn't even begin to describe the Gamecube. In terms of AAAs, it was bested not only by the Xbox and PS2, but also by the Dreamcast, which only had 2.5 years of life. So while most of its AAAs were exclusive, there was absolutely nothing else to play.

In terms of high quality games (AAAA/AAA), it's PS2, then Xbox, then Dreamcast, then Gamecube.

Well if you do the math it would take the PS3 over two years to catch up to the 360 even if Microsoft stopped production on them today.

Which means that even though 360 sales have gone down (big surprise it came out in '05) they still will be enought o keep it in the lead. Also consider that HAlo 3 will sell many consoles this fall/ winter.

actually i dont think anything. i just know ill be enjoying games this gen like i always do.
