Uh... no... the last one I played was Blue... about 6 or 7 years ago. It is a quality game that will sell many DS's.

I havent' played a poke'mon game since Blue also. Poke'mon is by far one of the better RPGs that has been released. There is no denying that PKMN is the DS' system seller.Â
Just as hard if not harder to argue against Super Smash Bros Brawl. 6 Million sold equals sales of Halo CE, and with a smaller userbase for the GC and even as a best seller selling for $30 I think the 6 Million it raked in is more impressive than the 6 Million Halo notched. Plus I think Halo fans are more likely to already be on board given that the 360 has around 10 million sold. Theres a bigger chance that Smash Bros will sell more Wii's than Halo 3 360's
Anyting on the DS at this point, over 40 million units sold. After that, I would suspect WoW BC to sell a few million copies by year end, and on consoles it will most likely go to Halo 3.
I have to go with Super Mario Galaxy. Miyamoto himselft has put a lot of time and effort into the development of this game, and if he can make it as revolutionary as Mario 64, which sold around 12 million, then SMG has a shot. Then add to the fact that the Wii is selling like crazy, and could have a bigger install base than the 360 by that time. SMG also has a world wide appeal unlike many of the other games coming out this year. And you know hardcore/casual gamers will eat the game up no matter what, but now factor in all the non-gamers that have bought Wiis that used to play Mario. Now I'm not saying SMG will definitely be the #1 system seller, I'm just saying it has a shot and providing a reason why I think it does.Â

I would agree except that there aren't any Wii's to sell. They will continue to sell out just like every other month.
i just looked at the trailer for FFVII:CC. unfortunatley only two words come to mind. cash in. dam it square leave it alone. VII is done...get to work on new projects please. if they ever do remake FFVII for the PS3 (god forbid) then they had better go back and play the origonal over and over again until they realise what made it so great. after that, they should probably just re-release it and leave everything as is. either that or give it to another very skilled developer to get the job done because, frankly, i dont think the teams at square are anywhere near good enough to do it justice (based on that rubish advent children movie and the mess that was dirge of cerberus).

No, that was the three part Before Crisis miniseries. It shows how Cloud learned how to fight with the Buster Sword during his vegetative state while watching Zack, and how Cloud came to take on what were pretty much Zack's memories and accomplishments. It also shows how he got to Midgar and why he became a mercenary, as well as how Zack died.
