They are the same old systems with better graphics and rehashed sequels.
The latest controllers for these systems seems a little gimmicky to me.
I also think that the 360's sales don't matter.
Clearly, the PS3 and blu-ray is just a fad. "Home" is a fad as well.
I would post some screenshots from some PS3 games but it needs games to begin with.

You are so right. Upgrading to 720p standard, amazingly better AI, 1080p native games, HDMI out puts, built in HDDs, 6 axis tilting, Downloadable games and content, Downloadable movies, shows, surround sound, 40player online with integrated voice, Blu-ray, HD-DVD, Redesinged controllers with added features like the Player(1,2,3 or 4), a guide button, Being able to have an avatar/ gamertag, gaming friends, private chat, messaging, and a Huge library of gameson the 360, and some great upcoming ones on the PS3.
Thats all last gen, Meanwhile, you amp up your Xbox with motion sensing as the best thing since electric power. You think that the Traditional Dual Analog sticks and D-pads are gimmicky, but AN ENTIRE CONSOLE buit around faulty motion sensing, thats not a gimmick. The Wiis best current games, while fun, are a series of really crappy 10 second minigames, with the graphics of a 3 year olds marker drawings, and the focus of a Developer with ADHD. But who could foget the shallow gameplay of Wii Sports, The Tennis, with the gameplay of a pitfall. Do you chase the ball? Do you even run the right direction? No, you just sit there and time swings, while the AI pound the ball into the ground. There is a time and place for Crazy fun, But Mind blowingly, Sometimes I want a deep game like Hitman or Splintercell, Where there is more of a plot then warrio Running after junk food. In that area, The wii flash on it'f face and gets runover by Bowser.
And you want to talk to me about sequels. Dead rising, Gears of War, Alan Wake and mass effect, saints row, and The outfit, those are obviously sequels, Who could forget Gears of War -1, where you play as A locust? Meanwhile, you play Paper Mario, Mario Party, Zelda, Wario, and lousy PS2 ports.
