The 360 had a strong end to 2K9, Strong start in 2K10, very strong end in 2010!

Do you guys remember when people " haha" were saying that the 360 was over with and has no good games in september of 2009 when the PS3 slim came out and the slim launch wouldindicate the end for the 360. Well since then Halo ODST, FORZA 3, GTA 4 BOGT ended off the year of 2009, and then it opened 2010 with the superior version AAA Bayonetta and GOTY candidate metacritic acclaimed candidate Mass Effect 2, in april another AAA to the library in Splinter Cell, games like Metro 2033, and Crackdown 2that look to have AAA potential and then the strongest finish for sure of all the consoles with most anticipated game Halo Reach, awesome AAAE potential and GOTY candidate Alan Reach ( did you guys see the newest videos, WOW), Fable 3,and capped off with the launch of Project Natal which looks to be much more anticipated than the Sony Wand and definitely will have more support. All I gotta say is WOW, what a comeback, and who were one of the people that thought the 360 was dead when the Slim was announced but now have changed their mind?

it wasnt a strong year, and yet they were neck and neck with Sony since they had a 100 dollar price drop. That says alot about the 360's staying power, and the power of the PS3 if you ask me.

Calling MAG a flop and treating a superior multiplat as a seperate game in the 360's library is a strange way to make a point. Since you're new (Feb 17th!) I'll explain that MAG was hyped as an A-AA game and the general consensus during the beta was that it sucked. So 8.0 is better than many expected. Exclusives are usually what is used here to judge a system's performance so for now in 2010 it's Wii > PS3 > 360. Teh almighty spreadsheet says so. Even using entire libraries Mass Effect 2 alone doesn't necessarily beat MAG AND Heavy Rain or whatever AAE's the Wii had.

Now when it comes to opinions I gotta agree with you that 360 has the strongest start so far (ME 2 = amazing). My most anticipated for 2010 would be a tie between GOW 3 & Halo: Reach. And Splinter Cell.

Its clear here that the TC doesn't understand that here in SW exclusives are what counts towards a consoles success, not multiplats. But I do agree that from a gamers POV the 360 is having a better start, but on a spreadsheet like Floppy said PS3 and Wii are winning. Yes I know its confusing.
