The 360 is basically beta testing for PC games

Take Glitch of War 2 for example. Release a buggy mess on the Xbox so that when it comes out on the PC (and trust me, it WILL come to the PC), the problems will be patched already. For another example, look at Mass Effect.

Instead of the crappy IBM power triple core dual threading chip they should have used a multicore Intel/AMD 64 x86 chip and that way GTA4, SR2 and Co. would have been properly ported, and 360 would have been more powerfull and easy to use.

That's funny, because Gears of War 1 on PC is notorious for having a hell of a lot of game-defeating bugs. Whereas Gears of War 1 on 360 is NOT known for that. That's of course the issue with extrapolating one case to a broader generalization. You can occasionally get owned on System Wars.BobHipJames

LOL that is so true, in my first play i beated the final boss easily becuase all of a sudden in the middle of the fight he stopped moving. Gears on PC has this kind of issue sometimes with the bosses, its like the AI stops working.

Lets face it, the PC glory days are gone. You brag about getting sloppy seconds from an "inferior" console and even then they have to take extreme measures to insure you don't steal it over buying it. :lol: Enjoy.

And I would even dare to say the PC platform has the most issues with software because unlike console where the hardware is the same that is not the case for PC gamers. Fallout 3 was buggy, GTAIV was buggy, Spore was buggy, the list goes on but nice try TC ;) :Pjasonheyman
