It would be helpful, when starting such a discussion, that you provide some reasons for such a claim. Okami is a very high quality game, but it isn't even among the higest scoring games of all time. True that's not the only criteria for such a discussion, but it's a good place to start.
There's another thread discussing the merits of Zelda: OoT as the greatest game of all time, and it has higher acclaim than Okami.
