Thanks for the tip. Which version did you get?

I settled on the 360 version. I was planning on getting the PS3 version but I had a coupon to save $10 over at my Best Buy on any 360 game. Reviews say both version are pretty much the same so I was content with either or version of the game.
i was LAN-ing when i played that game at my friends house. we had 4 360's and when i went online i wasnt sure if the game lagged or was the connection cause we had 4 360s online while some1 was using the computer and plus my friend has DSL. Multiplayer reminded me of goldeneye like the map design. yea it did lag but i didnt have trouble killing ppl cause i predicted my shots. i was able to get most kills on deathmatches, but games like capture the flag i sucked cause i got lost.
at least you enjoy playing the single player.;) single player is good, but mp was like meh to me.

not sure if they do it at your area, but if you dont have a coupon in the future go to circuit city. they have $10 off on games of the regular price during 1st week of the released game. fryes has great deals on launch dates.

Not good for DSL. But Cable can handle it. Me n my bro have 2 360's online with 2 PC's. One running Warraft 3. no problems here.

It was from my local newpaper. Something about a 4th of July special or some crap. I usually get my games through Gamefly to where when I recieve the game, I can just purchase the item a lot cheaper. But The Darkness was one of those must buy games for me.
This game I'm really enjoying right now. But going to play online? What a lagfest. It's not even worth trying to play. What gives? Don't even bother with multiplayer. It's not even worth it. hotdaisy18Well what do you know? A lem or cow enjoying a game for the single player mode without falling all over themselves about online play. What's the world coming to?

There are plenty of other single player games to enjoy out there without having to bend over for mulitplayer. Ninja Gaiden: Sigma, God of War 2, Dead Rising, Motorstorm. The list can go on for a good two paragraphs,
