MLG is now featuring figthing games (a first i think) so is not surprising not all the games make it.
So the MLG is finally becoming about skill. It still has a long way to go. Wonder if they will add Tribes?
Halo is indeed doomed escpially this year.. i mean how more stupid can they be releasing their game 1 week before CoD?? CoD will destroy it.. they should release it in July. anyways my 2 cents

"The Halo community, players and fans alike, came out in force at the Winter Championship to support MLG?s longest-running franchise. Your loyalty and enthusiasm did not go unnoticed, and we know you?ve been waiting to find out what Spring has in store. We?re happy to announce that Halo will be a part of the Season through a new online Halo: Reach Spring League; however, the game will not be played live at the Spring Championship.
We are continuing to work with the game publishers in order to potentially feature the Halo franchise at a future Pro Circuit Championship event, and will provide updates as soon as they are available. In the meantime, there?s plenty of Halo to be played.
Sign Up for the Halo: Reach Spring League Now
The Halo: Reach Spring competition will be played on GameBattles.Registration is now openand will remain open until May 23.The registration fee is 25 GB Credits per player, and anyone living in North America may enter.
After registration closes, teams will be split into divisions, and League play will begin. The League will run for two months, with teams playing every Tuesday and Thursday night at 9pm ET. At the end of League play, the top teams will be seeded into a double elimination bracket that will run for several weeks. We will be covering League and Bracket play on a regular basis, and tracking the progress of teams throughout the Season.
The Spring Ladder gives you the opportunity to stay in the game and keep your skills polished, while winning prize money in the process. How much prize money? It?s up to you. 100% of registration fees will go towards prizing, so the more teams that register, the higher the prize purse gets. Sign up nowand be a part of Spring Halo: Reach!"
Where does it saying anything you posted in the TC and OP?

Yeah, the franchise is becoming more and more irrelevant by the day. I still remember when the announcement of a new Halo made people go nuts and now I dont see that much hype for Halo 4. Halo had its MP has a selling point but now with CoD taking away alot of its MP fanbase Halo series are not that interesting anymore. Just my take on the matter. I highly doubt a Halo 5 for the nextbox would make people buy their console just because of it like Halo 3 did with the 360

bungie destroyed halo, every body from the mlg community knows this. Microsoft1234They destroyed 'pro' Halo. But heck, even then - not really. All the 'pros' (aka virgins) could play the game exactly as they liked in the pro playlist which got rid of armor lock and armor abilities and all the rest of it. They still had Team SWAT and the MLG play list. And with the title update they even completely got rid of bloom. Sadly though virgins don't like the virgin playlist. They like to take their virginity and share it with non-virgins because that's the only way that they can feel good about their lives. In that regard, Bungie indeed did destroy Halo. Virgins simply couldn't show the world how pro they are while you're jetpacking and blooming and acting all crazy up in the place.
Halo is doooomed. Thats what happens when you have a protagonist no one cares about.ispeakfact
I care more about Master Chief more than I care about you.
Thats why hes so awesome, hes mysterious.
Soon as i read this i thought 'lol no wasdie, don't be silly. that cant be true.' Googled. Lol mlg.Good, but I believe they still use CoD so MLG is still a joke.

Don't mind him. He suffers from brain damage and can't really control what he says. Just show him pictures of jelly and he calms down.

omg lol making tons of money for playing video games, how pathetic! LOLOL, lloozers.!!1
So? It doesnt make it less stupid calling themselves "pros" for being good at videogames. If you tell to an average personthat you are talented at playing videogames they'll laught in your face. Hell, even if someone told me something like that I would still laugh, and I'm a long time gamer
