Still a very meh game unless you play it with friends all the time
That's also true.
Plenty of games look better than UC4. Too bad Massive Entertainment is dead. I'll trade these graphics to get another AAA strategy game from Massive Entertainment, instead of shallow Ubisofted shooters.

Yup, makes me sick how Massive went from making World in Conflict to this trash.

Same here.
Looks about as average as they come these days, plenty of games look better than The Division now including UC4, The Order, Far Cry Primal, new Mirror's Edge, Batman AK, Horizon Zero Dawn, Detroit, Quantum Break and maybe even Rise of the Tomb Raider. This video only emphasized how empty, sterile and bland this game can look.

But then again they weren't owned by Ubi back then. Ubisoft really ruined Massive.

True. Blame Vivendi. Sierra was one of the best publishers out there.
Don't get this "hate The Division" bandwagon
Yeah, same.
My anticipation for this game skyrocketed after i've played the beta.
Even the infamous souped-up E3 demo, while having stunning graphics, didn't make it look like there'll be any worthwhile mechanics in the final game.
Turns out there are.
At this stage it's a better game than what we've been shown initially, but looks a bit worse, so it must be shit.
Because obviously.

You guys should add me to PSN to play then. I plan on getting on launch date.
Don't get this "hate The Division" bandwagon, i'll reserve my judgement when the full game releases.
And graphics look awesome !
yea I'm in this position as well, I had more fun with the beta than I expected. The graphics don't hold up to scrutiny but unless you go around looking at textures the game is very easy on the eyes, great lighting and lots of detail in the environments.
I can recognize that the combat mechanics are nothing special but enjoyment of games is something that is difficult to boil down to base mechanics, and all I know is that I walked away from my time with the Division beta feeling pretty damn positive.
UC4 looks and runs better than QB, though.
So there's that.
I'd wait for the PC version running on maximum before making that judgement.
STill getting for the xbox, since I'm going to play a 42 inch led, feet up in a couch.
Have fun playing on your tiny monitors in your basements lmao
If only my house has a basement. I'd make it my man cave. It's only in gaming forums where basements get a bad rap. Any other site would regard basements as a desirable feature of homes.
@Heil68: i'm on PC :(
bah, I'm getting it on PS4 because my friends are.
Yeah , it's a game that is better to be played with friends and any game with friends is fun :D

Did you play alone or with some friends?
I'd like to get this game but I don't have time to join a group at a pre scheduled time.
It's why I don't play Destiny anymore. Does this game have any matchmaking?
I didn't see it in the beta....maybe I missed it.

with all that cherrypicking in scenes with effects, lens glare, night reflections, is a good contender for best graphics in 2011 against battlefield 3
@mjorh with friends of course, i'll be getting it with two-three other guys when it comes out so it should be a good time regardless of final quality
@Heil68
I always go with PC if it's an option.

Yeah, the video specifically lists the supported engine features and effects which it shows off, but let's call it cherrypicking for the sake of the hatetrain.

those games that require you to play only with 2 or 3 friends are a indication of a bad game
playing any game with 2 or 3 frineds will always be much more fun than playing alone, pac man or tetris can be great with 2 or 3 friends

I didn't say it requires friends to be fun, I didn't try it solo. I play a lot of games with friends and I had more fun with The Division than many other games

right in the first camp is a laptop with a giant floating matchmaking sign
