All right! I've had enough with all this debate with the "XBOX 360 rules, WII is for kids, PS3 is overpriced machine parts" This ithe Truth and my own opinion.
Ok so heres how it is, XBOX 360 is a great system and has beatiful graphics capabilities and a great online (as usual microsoft has made their original greatness into supirior greatness), and a nice feel when you play. But compared with the WII and PS3, microsoft has done the least amount of changes with their system. In my own words (dont take this into my own personal feelings for liking one system more than others blah blah blah) the 360 is basically a highly upgraded Xbox and that's it.
Now the WII is doing the best in the market since i still can't find any accesories nevermind consoles. The WII is also a great console with the Nintendo's new take on gaming with the WIImote. The possibilities are almost endless eith it, but once again we have a question about Nintendo bringing out games with the potential for greatness. with the DS they have the same problem, they have good fun games but they try to port games (like splinter cell Dbl. Agent) that don't work that great with the system. Brand new original controls and system means totally original (mostly) WII only games that work with the remote and nunchuk. Nintendo also has a game maturity problem, most of their games are kiddy,fun but kiddy. Nintendo did a great job with Capcom in RE 4 which shows Nintendo's ability to create fun, great games for many different genres. Oh, wait I almost forgot, YAY ONLINE finally Nintendo is online and though they have no games so far with any online capability you still get to talk with other fellow WII owners and the WII channels with weather and news and photos plus more to come. The little MII characters you can create is also a little fun treat for WII gamers.
*sigh* alright now for the PS3. PS3 has the highest graphics capability and the new Cell processor GPU, the NON-stolen off Nintendo wireless motion sensing controller, and oh can't forget the the brand spanking new Blue-Ray disc reader so games can have more on single disc...yay. -.- Now I find myself kind of loyal to Sony but With all the super advannced technology they've jammed in their console, (Blue-ray the least needed and highly expensive) the PS3 literally costs an arm and a leg. because of it's high price not only are small sums of people buying it but people are getting shot and in a couple of cases almost killed! but the main thing is the price because of all the hightech gear. The PS3 is the best system in terms of hardware and what it can do. but because of it's price Sony is royally screwed in marketing.
So when it comes down to it If you want a fun cheaper system that hopefully will bring out great games everytime, the WII is the best choice. If you want great online and a great system with a reasonable price and great game developers (bungie) right there next to Gates' pile of cash (lol tis a joke don't go nuts please :), than The XBOX 360 is your best choice. Now if you have cash to spend like crazy then and want what tech geeks only have wet dreams of, than the PS3, which is the best hardware system your parents money can buy (hopefully you guys 20+ don't live with your parents) is definitely your expensive taste.
