super mario 3, seriously almost 20 years after it came out, people (mostly women looking for alcohol) would still flock to our dorm to play it over anything on my roommate's 360 or ps2 or genesis or etc. if that's not worthy enough for game of all time status, i don't know what is, how many times has zelda gotten you laid?
Where is the Starcraft love? :P I don't see it mentioned much lately. That will change when SC2 comes out (otherwise known as the day Korea spontaneously combusts). Anyways, my top FAVORITES(that I can think of off the top of my head and not in order) are these. I still play a lot of these (Halo 3, SSB:M, and FFT:A though I have already beaten them all fully).
Halo (the whole series in general, not one in particular)
Starcraft: Brood War(definitely my favorite of this list)
Super Smash Bros.: Melee (anything need to be said?)
Super Mario 64 (still haven't gotten all of the stars lol)
Sonic Adventure Battle 2 (say what you will but SAB2 on the GC kept me busy for months in 5th grade)
Suikoden (probably one of the only 10 people in the world obsessed enough to get all 108 stars of destiny or characters)
Pokemon Red/Blue (all 150 baby on blue version)
Final Fantasy Tactics: Advance (over 200 hours and counting)
How many times do I have to keep bringing up Star Control II in these sort of threads? (That said, I'm surprised at the relative lack of mentions of TLoZ: OoT. I would have expected EVERY reply to include it.)
