Its not Halo 3 Reach. Its just Halo Reach, implying its something of the calibur of Halo 4, though that would be chronolically incorrect, so Bungie chose a subtitle. Also, the Reach comes with Halo 3: ODST, not just from Gamestop.

Its not Halo 3: Reach, its just Halo: Reach. Its built off a new engine and has been in development after Halo 3 released. The beta key will be out in Early 2010 and comes with all ODST copies when bought, not rented.
