Well I'm crossing my fingers that it will turn out decent, as a huge Jurassic Park fan I've been wanting a good Jurassic Park game for a long time now. It's nice to to see it is priced at$35

Also fail on Game Trailers part, it's Isla Nublar, not Isla Sorna.

What kind of game is it? Point and Click adventure? Looks like it could be decent. They are actually staying pretty true to the movie it seems in terms of settings. What is Telltale's record?

What CGI? The few seconds at the start, with the can in the water? I'm not even sure if that was CGI - the Telltale engine is looking better and better every year.

Anyway, it's Telltale so it's an auto-buy for me. It'll be interesting to see how well they handle actual action sequences (although they've done some pretty cool ones in the past, so I'm not too worried).

How does Telltale expect to make this game like Heavy Rain if it has such TERRIBLE graphics and animation?

It's not like Heavy Rain... Besides, Heavy Rain didn't have the best graphics or animation either.

Nedry tried to collect those cans for a man named lewis dodgson. He worked for a competing company called biosyn.

How are these new Telltale games? By that I mean this Jurassic Park game, and the Back to the Future game?

Are they adventure games like Monkey Island? Or are they branching off with something a bit different?

It's looking pretty good for a buget-priced downloadable title. And it'll almost certainly have better writing, so that'll help.

^And Back to the Future is very much like any their other games, only with perhaps a bit more of an emphasis on cutscenes (and feels like a pretty faithful follow up to the movie series, so far anyway). Jurassic Park will supposedly have a bit more of a Heavy Rain-esque action focus though, which I think definitely suits the franchise more than their usual slower-paced gameplay.

You know, to me, Animations are more important than graphics. For me L.A. Noire looks better than 90% of the games out there due to the stellar animations that really bring the characters to life.

Since we are discussing a Telltale game, I thought I would post this in this thread instead of creating a new one.Seems like we have 2 new games confirmed from them, as well as more on the way. It also seems they are doing quite well financially.

I would like to see them continue the Puzzle Agent series.

That game was fun.

Lucusarts should approach Double Fine and ask them to make more adventure titles. Double Fine already has Time Schafer and Ron Gilbert, all they need now is Dave Grossman.

As much as I love Telltale, that trailer wasn't so hot. Though BttF and ToMI are great so chances are this will be as well.

It doesn't look like any Telltale game I've played. Looks interesting, the animations are still lacking though.

To be honest, BTTF : EP1 didn't really have much adventuring.

It was too easy, the game told you what to do even with hints off, the puzzles could be solved by everyone, because you only have three items in your inventory and can only interact with three more items.

Everything could be solved by a very simple trial and error process.

I don't think Grossman is too likely to leave Telltale Games at the moment, but perhaps the two companies could team up to make something extremely awesome.

God forbid a game has less than seven 0 in the production budget. BTTF : Episode One, is a better experience than the entire Heavy Rain game.

Back to the Future games are awesome by Telltale, I am looking forward to this =D Anyone expecting a budget of something liek Killzone 3 or Halo or Heavy rain seriously need to think that these companies are not spoilt with money. Small independant games that always go along way.

Telltale have recently been making *much* better adventure games than anyone with higher budgets, so I don't think that will be a problem. Also, it sounds like you're expecting something completely unreasonable for a monthly downloadable series like this one.

Jurassic Park has so much potential, instead they make silly games like this. Dino Crisis is probably better, except for the graphics of course.
