For whatever reason...
I hadn't gotten goosebumps since The River of Sorrows in MGS 3, but that Zelda reveal today did it for me. Literally chills when I first saw it.
So what's the last game that gave you goosebumps?

You sure that was goosebumps?
I pretend it was, because I was dead inside while I was playing it.
@ConanTheStoner: Exactly what I was going to say! I was pleasantly surprised by the sheer number of fantastic reveals and demos shown at this year's E3, but only MGSV gave me goosebumps.
@Weird_Jerk:
Yep. As soon as the camera started tracking forward over the caskets with Big Boss standing in front of the cremation fire, I was locked in. And it only got better and better.
Kojima knows how to hype a damn game, that's for sure.
TLOU was probably the latest one and Outlast, was watching a playthrough of it and was like nope, too scary.
I haven't either in a long time. I think there has been too much nastiness and whatever in gaming for whatever reason. Just jaded. Batman jumping in the batmobile and the short but sweet Uncharted 4 trailer did that for me though. So those 2 at this conference which is a good sign to me because it's been a while.
Game that I played? Persona 4 (Golden)
Game that I saw a trailer of? The Legend of Zelda on Wii U yesterday.
Uncharted 4's trailer yesterday gave me chills. Nothing really special about the trailer (graphics were amazing of course), but it's my favorite series... so...
the music alone in that clip did it for me. Really creates the feel of something epic is going to happen considering it looks as if it will be the last ever Uncharted game.
@misterpmedia: I honestly hope it isn't the last Uncharted game. It's my favorite series, so of course, I'd like to see it continue.
of yeah sure, same. But you know it's going to be a beast of a game if it's genuinely the last one. If it isnt'...then that's pretty much just an added bonus :P
Probably not the latest but two that instantly springs to mind are:
Journey.
and...
Final Fantasy 13; the introduction of the last boss. Our name is Orphan.

The moment I shared with Liara at the end of mass effect 3 before the final push on earth.... they slowed the moment to a crawl, reintroduced the mass effect 1 theme and allowed me to have a final moment away from the war with a character I chose to spend a lot of time with.
