I really like their slogan "In life, there are hunters and then there are Monster Hunters!"

It comes out 4 days before my birthday! Can't wait maybe the best third party game on the wii

I'm mainly excited about the fact that online is FREE. Woot.siLVURcross

what pisses me off is that posters who constantly complain that their "wii is collecting dust"
will probablly ignore titles like this :(.

I know I'm gonna do my part and buy this eventually.

I'm sold as far as I'm concerned, same with Red Steel 2. It's a good year to own a Wii after being stuck with two years of niche games and shovelware.hiphops_savior

Reminds of the cheesy game commercials of the 80's-90's. That's a good thing. Theyre on the right track with Monster Hunter Tri. I cant wait to play it! Capcom = one of the few 3rd parties that deliver on the Wii.

Third party devs need a little campaigning, some marketing, a slogan, build a little bit of hype...maybe sales will rise then? Like Monster Hunter Tri here, catchy slogan, memorable commercial, hype. Learn third party Wii devs...Learn.Im_single

looks awesome, I love the ones on the PSP, I may just give this a buy, although I heard rumours of it being ported to PSP, I may just end up waiting for that one.

Im sure Ill wind up playing with a few people here though (Actic Edge, 110million......... silVURcross?).

Not a bad idea though.

IDK, I just coulda sworn there was a thread here linking to an article talking about rumours of tri coming to PSP, even if it doesnt IDC either way. Ill play it on any system, as long as its good as all the others (which its looking to be :D)

Those trailers didn't make me anymore excited for the game (I think it'd be pretty hard for anything to make me more excited) but it did make me Lol, so thanks for that Kansas :P.

anyways it would be wierd if tri was the only game to be ported over to psp,

considering psp cant handle the graphics, not to mention there would be a higher chance of them porting the older games in the main series

which are close to the psps capabilitys

Seriously Monster Hunter is Not for everyone. Check it out first, don't buy it for the devs. We've had that a couple of times already.

Those commercials make my mind cringe.

I need to preorder it. I love the commercials it reminds of the awesome cheesy commercials from the 80s and 90s. I loved those commercials and this are just like them.

Are these games similar to PSO in anyway way?

It's great to see that they are making advertisements and giving out the free demo to really push this game. They should do that with more Wii games.
