AS I posted in the other thread, yes it looks awesome but to have on during gameplay it would just be stupid. That's just going overboard.

What a lame and pointless video. I thought Crysis was a FPS, however this video shows nothing of the sort...

and Crysis continues to be only for the Graphics. I'm starting to think it's really a sham of a game.

this would be very usefull on a sci fi game with aliens and galaxies and starts, not grenades...

Blah. None of my consoles can do that, but I find Goldeneyes paintball mode more entertaining than that and my snes has better games.

it would be cooler if it was rendered in real time, but it wasn't...and this really is more about the crytek engine then crysis

now that i think about it, a console probably could be modded to render this, it would just take longer then a computer

Why are consolites criticising this, this is what is possible on PC with the glory of mods, while you slaves are locked to your one game forced to buy a new one or DLC that doesnt come close.

i am now not owning aps3 non xbox 360 i sold them out but after isaw I think that the most advanced game i ever played are kill zone 2 and uncharted 2 and i think kz2 is the most advanced game ever . thats my point the ps3 really is apowerful system and i think its one of the most advanced systems on earth . just sayin that no body say i am afan boy my main thing is the pc love it and still and will be love the pc till death .

well people here do love their graphics

and if you love graphics, then refusing to appreciate the video is hugely hypocritical

personally i don't really appreciate graphics as much as everybody else here, hence why i'm kinda burned out on the subject

but for the people who DO care about graphics but can't appreciate the vid? meh, ya know for years we've been putting up with GT5 this and Killzone 2 that and God of War 3 this and the Cell that and etc.

which is worse? appreciating the actual graphics king in Crysis, appreciating what it can do? or sitting around hyping a billion different exclusives for years that are not graphics kings except when compared to games with smaller budgets on equally old-ass hardware?
