the chick you have to save on the hanging rope in god of war

Whether he is flying annoyingly in the air in Mario World or taking irritatingly long to put you back on the track in Mario Kart no game character has ever caused me as much stress.

Jinpachi from Tekken 5 (Or any fighting game end boss really.)

What about the announcr from all those mid 90's japanese racers? You know the one with the completely overdone 3...2...1...GGGGOOOOO!!!!! or the everpopular RIIIDDDGGGEEE RRAAACCCEERRRRR!!!! that plagued gaming for years? I still have nightmares about it.

Wario. I remember when they invented this guy I was like UUUUGGGGGGGHHHHH OMG clown shoes stupid version of Mario. I hope this dies a horrible death soon.

That woman must have had a typing speed of two keys per second. I've only thrown a controller in three instances in my gaming career, and two of those were because of THAT chick.

I make it a point to kill them a few times and then let them get as hurt as possible (hopefully, they survive) just to teach them how wrong it is to latch onto me.

I so disagree with you. Wario is AMAZING. Anyway, my vote goes to Slippy Toad from Starfox. Everytime I see him, I want to smack his stupid face (and voice) into a pit of hell.
