The next big news (good news) for the PS3!

I know many were waiting for VF5 to claim some ownage, but it failed.  What's the next sure fire game to give PS3 a real boost? (real boost means exclusive AAA or first released on AAA)

I'm sure many will say motor storm, but I played the demo and have to say I'm not too impressed.  probably get in the 8's.

So...When will PS3 finally have some good news to stop the bleeding?

And PS3 has been out for just 3 months, so 1 month is 1/3 of its time on sale

Motorstorm is 3/06/07, Thats the warehouse ship date it will be in stores the following day. Unless that is something unforeseen happens.

Does no one remember the 360 when it came out.  I bought it then and it was just like having a PS3 right now, very few good games.  At least i have blu-ray to watch right now.  Manchildshafes

Looking at GS's scores; there were alot more games worth playing at the 360's launch than there were at the PS3's launch. The biggest games at the Xbox 360 launch were exclusives (PGR3, Kameo, PDZ, and DOA4). PDZ scoring AAA and the rest being AA.

Also the only reason it actually is still able to outsell the PS3 is it's Avalibility. Lastly the only reason that the Wii is selling so well is because of the price tag on it. not because of the new cotroller and not because it has any great games. it's because it's nintendo and it's cheap.

PS3 will hit 10mil faster than the Xbox360 did. it will have stronger sales over both the Wii and the Xbox360 over the next 5 years. and You will see many great games that will get great reviews that will make the system worth buying. Plus Blu-ray will continue to sell better than HD-DVD.

Still with the waiting huh. The Wii is selling because it is a good system and people want it for the controller and how you interact with it. The fact that it is cheaper than the other systems is just a plus. The reason the 360 and the Wii is outselling the PS3 is because the PS3 has no games to justify its high price,or really anything at the moment to justify buying one. The 360 and the Wii simply have a better value. People dont want to spend 500-$600+ on a console that was supposed to be "Uber Amazing" from the start to just sit around at wait for decent game to finally come out.

You cows think people or the game industry need to wait for the PS3 give it time to catch up or whatever. PS3 and Sony deserve nothing...they have not been acting like the market leaders for a while now. MS and Nintendo have been. All you cows do is make excuses for the PS3 with your stupid predictions of the future and giving the PS3 these crazy long timetables to finally be successful.
