There Party system is great... You'll always be on the same team as your friends in Halo, but Killzone has no party system and makes it harder to get into a game with a friend and stay on there team... You still can get in to a game with a friend, but it takes a lot more work to get in and stay on there team..

Well, the Party system wasn't available at Halo 3 2007's launch, it became available a few months back with NXE (But you are right)...and as far as KZ2 goes, it does have a SQUAD system, which Halo didn't have, allowing what you seem to want.
KZ2 just came out, and it will improve in two years, just like Halo 3 did.
Why are people comparing HALO to KZ anyways?
They aren't alike, HALO has Weapon SPAWNS that reward camping, and KZ2 is more like COD, SOCOM and Team Fortress mixed.
I ment the Join an in game party and search as a group, but PSN needs that too... I'm sure Sony will Put in an update with it someday...Yeah, that, I wish it had that. I was playing with a bud, and we had to meet each other a different way.
Even Resistance and Resistance 2 offered that! So it's feasible, Halo's system in that regard is awesome.
GeoW DIDN'T have that, but GeoW2 did, so I guess we will have to see.
It's not an Xbox Live or PSN thing, it's a Dev thing, sadly.
