My problem with the touchpad is that it seems completely unnecessary. Not sure how useful it'll be for gaming, but should make using a controller with Windows much easier. Analog sticks in place of mouse doesn't really work yo.[QUOTE="shadowlusterx"]I'm looking forward to using the PS controller more. Mostly preference though. Touch pad should make it super easy to use it as the sole input for my media center.heretrix

That's a damn good point.[QUOTE="shadowlusterx"]I'm looking forward to using the PS controller more. Mostly preference though. The Wii U Pro controller is better. Basically the same thing, but with the analogs opposite each other, and a better d-pad.You can buy the X1 controller for PC and play the best version of multiplats with the best controller. True story.

I think the PS4 controller looks better. Â For the most part the X1 controller looks worse than the 360 controller (though I will wait and see with a hands on) while the PS4 controller looks better than the PS4 controller.
Only if they make a wired version. I don't like dealing with batteries. I get enough of that hell with my cellphone.

eew. Â you know controllers last for quite awhile, and with how little i use a controller on PC, it seems to last forever.

although it won't be as huge a difference between the wireless 360 and the wired version.
getting rid of the battery pack and the extra weight absolutely makes that controller so much better.
Actually no, I never liked any of the Xbox controler and I don't see that changing until they copy the dual shock controler
That was what I was thinking. After reading articles and listening to podcast by others giving their thoughts on the system the controller seems to be the only thing people find to be happy about, and most said they will get it to use on the PC.Legolas_Katarn
I hope it works with the old 360 controller wireless receiver for PC. I love using the wireless controllers on my computer.
[QUOTE="-RocBoys9489-"]True that, MS makes the best gaming pads period. psn8214
I agree. I liked the Dualshock better for a while but I can't go back now. 360 controllers are perfectly molded to the size and shape of my hands.
I concur, and they look really good too!

Agreed. The silver Halo Reach controllers that came with my 360 are damn sexy.
Indeed!
Remember this?
Oh how times have changed, Microsoft really delivered in the controller department, and the X1 controller looks to improve upon what already felt perfect (save for the atrocious d-pad). The gift that keeps on giving!
My favourite Xbox controller so far is the classic Controller S
I fell in love with it the instant I held it in my hands for the first time. So. Fvcking. Good.
Now bring on some games Microsoft, so that us gamers can put the X1 controller to really good use.
