I was thinking about dual Titan X's Hybrids from EVGA but they didn't have any in stock plus those 980Ti's are baller anyway. Asus Strix models.

It does when you have little out-goings and no partner. In the grand scheme of things though, I'm poorly paid but the area I work in suffers from over supply of firms. The place I work is the best of the bunch that does class C work. I work for a massive Danish Shipping company so we don't need to use various Pallet network companies. The work is varied but they send me into London an awful lot.
@VanDammFan: Give over. Load times have never been less of an issue than they are at this moment. Don't be such a drama queen. We used to pop a tape in and actually plan an activity to do whilst we waited for it because it would not be worth waiting there for. You could make a cup of tea or play a game of solitaire (the physical kind) while you waited, for a fucking undetailed 2D platformer consisting of a few screens which did not scroll.
Now there are worlds miles and miles in depth with only one loading screen which will take you, ooh, 20 seconds. That's a big issue? Only if you are a tart.

So basically your job is Euro Truck Simulator :-)) Sounds kind of stressful, but incredibly awesome at the same time. Do you like what you do?

Yea. I get paid to drive, whats better than that?! I don't get hassled by the office, I get to see places I wouldn't normally see, plus you see things like this on the road.
@VanDammFan: I'd say my customary "You'll get over it" here but as you seem to regard a ten second wait for a ten hour gaming session as a big issue in your life I'm not sure you will.
Nope. I am not a little child that must have my mind occupied at every second. I actually make a point to try and sit still a few times a day with nothing to do but breathe. OMG!!! 1 minute + load times!!!
@Pedro: It isn't wasted time, its no time at all. You are wasting time playing a game. Please grow up and find something real to worry about.
It is wasting time. Again if you don't have a problem with it fine but, don't waste your time trying to argue to that its negligible. Try taking your own advice and worry about other things instead of people who have problems with loading times. :)

Drinking a thimble full of water.
Checking your watch for the time
Saying "This is taking too long."
Liverpool's average Premier League Championship aspirations.
Better than Man U's currently.
Both are feeble but the league table and lack of league titles in the last 25 years simply do not lie. Man U's aspirations for the title are a lot more realistic than Liverpool's for the time being.
@Pedro: You've wasted enough time moaning about loading times that you describe in terms of seconds not minutes to last you about fifty games. What could you have done with that time?
I have done quite a lot in that time. Trouble shoot some game mechanics, added sound effects to various assets and completed a level I was working on. How about you?
