The Orange Box v The Halo saga

Halo went from having a flushed out single player with an engaging plot, to having the equivalent of a rickety bridge over a giant plot hole.

Whereas HL2 isn't as good as HL1 was back in the day, it's definitely more diverse and fun than Halo 2 & 3 concerning campaign.

We are comparing Halo and OB not CoD 4

I like both about the same, they both have some problems, Halo single player could be better, Half life 2 has some very boring driving sections that go on far to long.

I will own orange box by the end of the week to go with my Halo 3 so it doesn't really matter which is better. Well to me anyway.

So where in the thread did he mention Call of Duty 4 (which isn't even out). From what I've read, he was asking a comparison BETWEEN Orange Box and Halo 3.

Both are great. Halo is probably my prefered though.

Half Life will win, it has the added bonus of cow and sheep votes. :P

4 days ago I would have said halo instantly. Now its all about the cheese. I really cannot decide.

HL- Single Player

TF2- Multiplayer, even with less maps then halo 3 its just way more fun.

I'd have to go with the Orange box. Halo 3's single player edges out by a little, but I think that Team Fortress 2 beats halo's online down to the ground! Not to mention portal is a really fun and humorous experience. Mmmm cake...Ork_Hero

I dont think its fair to compare the orange box to any game, 5 games vs 1 isnt fair, even when you compare it to the Halo saga, it is still 5 VS 3.
