So I guess this means that Metal Gear Solid 4 is officially the PS3's Bill Parcells. The similarities are uncanny. 2 old guys at the helm. :P

Thats good for Sony. I know when FF13 comes out i'm getting one right away.

However, their game sales do't seem to match the sstem sales. Are people buying them solely for blu ray, cus i know the games other than i think uncharted and resistance, has sold over 1 mill.

I'm shocked that the 360 sold so view systems in Jan. Maybe they did have some shortages. Who knows? As I said previously, M$ is watching the numbers and you know a price cut will be coming sooner or later. They just need to get the Arcade down to $200 and the Pro down to $250. They also need to increase manufacturing production if they do have shortages.

Notice the ratio 360 to PS3 goes from nearly 80%, then 77%, 60%, 37%, -16%. If you look at the difference between each percentage you'll notice an accelerated decline (or acceleration for PS3). 3, 17, 23, 53...... based on these trends its reasonable to assume that PS3 will beat 360 in February by 54% give or take 30 (add 38 {mean of 23, 53} points to 16%.)

Not raw console numbers only the difference. Now, most people will dismiss this as spin but MS better address this ASAP; they don't have any info to break this 5 month trend.
