Now I know there are some people that bought the Ps3 because they consider it to be the best system this gen. That's their opinion. There are also some people who bought it because of brand loyalty. That's their business. And there are those who bought it because they think the Ps3 has the best games and the most exclusives both from the ps2 and new in general. This is the one I have a problem with

Sony obviously isn't thinking smart this gen because they're losing a lot of exclusives. Devil may cry 4 used to be a Ps3 exclusive, but it's now going to be on xbox 360 as well. Grand theft auto 4 is now coming to the 360, Assasins's creed is now going to the 360,There's a good chance mgs4 will be on 360for the fact that most mgsin the pasthave been multiplat.And final fantasy 13 is now RUMORED to be multi plat. Ps3's on the verge of losing a lot of games. i really don't see the point of buying the Ps3 for games i could just play on my 360.

Actually, DMC IS multiplat. You might wanna look that up. You almost made me laugh when you mentioned final fantasy 7 for the Ps3. An example of true favortism. FF7 is NOT being remade for the Ps3. it's already been confirmed.

It has a few franchises im happy with. Killzone as you can tell, Socom, God of War. Plus a few new IPs.

I doubt i'll buy one though, the 360 has alot of RPGs I want next year, and RPG is my favorite genre.

multiplat games dont count with these 2 consoles. and EXCLUSIVE is when its for the 1 (ONE) console so oblivion call of duty and almost all other games out. mgs4 wont be on the xbox it will be too much bother having a game that has 5 discs and comments like this realy show how much ye xbox fans want it. you never hear of ps3 owners saying

I agree with the Ps3 not having that many good exclusives. Lets see. Metal gear solid 4, Resistance, and FF13 are the only decent exclusives for the Ps3. That still doesn't compete with the 360's gears of war, shadowrun, the darkness, halo 3, oblivion, mass effect, bioshock etccoolkidplaya

Oblivion and Darkness are both on the PS3. Bioshock and Gears of War are not exclusive to the 360 either. That leaves you with Halo 3, Mass Effect and Shadowrun. That's pretty equal to the PS3, especially when you count God of War 3 (which I'm not sure why you didn't).

FFXIII.. didnt you see the news with the BIG "ONLY FOR PS3" and then the guy from SE saying that it is "exclusivly and ONLY for PS3".. yeah guess that argument fails to then.

Assassin's Creed.. yeah sure it was "exclusive".. like Ubisoft would ever make a PS3 exclusive and never port it. They are the second in line for Master of the ports just behind EA so stop glorifying the fact that it's coming also on 360.

you also seem to forget to mention the other PS3 exclusive like Unchart, R&C, Heavenly Sword.

You know what I like about those exclusive.. it's that they are not ALL shooters. The only good 360 exclusives are shooters and they are all released already.. hope you guys have a good sweather to keep warm cause 08-09 will be long for 360 fans.

Well seeing as Sony actually makes games, alot of them, I would say PS3 does have a nice # of exclusives.

That is not counting exclusives from 2nd and 3rd party devs.

I agree with the Ps3 not having that many good exclusives. Lets see. Metal gear solid 4, Resistance, and FF13 are the only decent exclusives for the Ps3. That still doesn't compete with the 360's gears of war, shadowrun, the darkness, halo 3, oblivion, mass effect, bioshock etccoolkidplaya

shawdowrun sucks, the darkness and oblivion are on the ps3 buddy, and biochock and gears of war are on the pc so YOU FAIL
