Oh yes it does matter. This is SYSTEM WARS. And the PC is a SYSTEM. It counts just as much as every other platform out there. What do you think the 'Games for Windows' standard is? It's designed to show that the PC is a GAMING MACHINE.
So basically, Microsoft has proven that the PC is a gaming platform, just like everything else, yet people still say it does not count.
