Yea, there will still be a few standout hits on the 360 as well though. I'm very uncertain of the 360 for 08... Bioware & Bungie are pretty much the only devs that make games I like for the 360. I am hoping to get a NG2 next year hopefully... but as we haven't even heard any rumors of it yet I kind of doubt it.

All in all, there will be more than enough games to keep me busy on my PS3 anyway. LBP, Warhawk, KZ2, Haze, UT3, Uncharted, Heavenly Sword, GT5,MGS4, White Knight Story, & both FFXIII's pretty much own any and every lineup! I still want to see a next gen Jak & Dexter though. And something from the Ico team. This gen is definitely shaping up to be a great gen for gamers.

I think it's exciting no matter what console you own.... unless you only have a wii. :-(

Uhhh, pretty much everything that's on the 360/PC right now... where have you been? There haven't been many great releases on either machine lately... but the PS3 just got NGS & has Lair on the way. Forza 2 is cool. The 360 does have more exclusives out right now though... quite a few worth renting, not many at all worth buying though. Same for PS3 imo.

Not even sure how games like FFXIII or FFvsXIII can balance a library when they most likely won't see a stateside release 2009. :?-RPGamer-

I don't think we'll see Versus until 09, I think FFXIII will be out by next holiday. Either way WKS will be out before it along with some of the other jrpg's coming out on the ps3 this year in japan. can't wait to get Disgaea 3, I might import it instead of waiting for the stateside release... just need to find out if they speak english through the story boards first.

They're predicting a Japanese release in the latter portion of 08, and a longer (1yr) localization for it as well. Even if they worked ahead on localization I just don't think it's going to see these shores in 08.

I have an Xbox360 and a PS3. I like them both, but the PS3 stands out a lot more especially after E3.

Being the best is debatable, since I'm actually impressed with the 360's lineup also.

But it's definitely balanced. Something for everyone.
