The real biggest flops of all time

Well, the biggest mathematical flop ever was Lair. But someone is going to argue that Lair wasn't that big of a deal.

Here are my reasons:

Lair: biggest methematical flop of all time.

Killzone: The media hype of it killing Halo 2.

MP:3 : Rated AAA, or AAAA almost everywhere else. Some dumb sheep hyped it Halo killer.

Daikatana: Never played, but on the list due to popular demand

Zelda TP: Took zelda from an AAA/AAAA franchise to an AA franchise...

That would be Killzone. It was hyped as a Halo killer and failed.

Twilight Princess was also a huge flop, yet it still scored well.

Zelda TP hands down for me. The level of hype combined with the strength of that support was off the charts. Sheep were fully commited to AAA and very certain of that outcome.

I base it more on strength of hype rather than point differences.

It was hyped AAA, called a revolutionary step for FPS some even called it a Halo killer. But yes the official hype for red steel was AAA.

Same here. Daikatana is the epitome of floppage. Not in the sense that people were expecting it to be good or even onhype (which was pretty much all negative by the end of the game's development) but in the sense of sheer train wreck. There will never be a bigger flop than Daikatana, just like Romero will never live it down.

Liar or killzone. Killzone because it was hyped as a halo killer and failed miserably. Liar because it was hyped AAA Gears of War killer and now cows are trying to hide all the hype that they gave liar. That's what you get cows if you hyped crappy games like that lmao.
