:lol: ....Crysis is winning? That's funny. I think I've seen some 8's given by a few critics around the net for that game. Super Mario Galaxy has got it this year.

To be fair Orange box doesn't have much more then that in actual NEW content for singleplayer..

I can't say. SMG seems to be the clear cut winner, but reviews don't always mean everything. Lower scoring games have beaten out higher scoring games before (WW beat KOTOR). GoW2 could get GOTY, or Bioshock. There's too many contenders to say.

yeah maybe i should have put that instead of OB but WiC has not had that much hype.

Edit: I tried to change it but it would not let me because votes have been cast.

since there's only 5 spots I think your choices are the best though.WiC is a shoe in for RTS GOTY but OB has a better shot

SMG, no other game is as refined as it is. Granted I'll probably end up playing orange box more than any of those that you listed, but my money's still on SMG.

probably Mario Galaxy or Crysis.

I would say Halo 3 but Crysis definantly beats it.

So galaxy wins if Halo 3 takes enough votes away from Crysis.

SMG is the most groundbreaking. Come on how many mind blowng platformers do we get these days. Shooters will come and go but this game will last for generations.

SMG is the best game I've played this year, but GS loves FPS and they love Halo, so I think Halo 3 will take it here.

Mass Effect has bugs, slowdowns, and gameplay issues...its not a 10...I honestly could not tell you what it is because I have not played it yet.

Of the ones listed, Crysis is the only one I haven't played so I went with Galaxy. Of course that could change once I've spent some time with Mass Effect no matter what GS said.
