The reason why I can't play my wii.

I don't know why but I can't stand jaggies. Even in Crysis a game which is perfect without AA I just had to put it on because it just looks horrible ( the jaggies) imo. Even my favourite game on the wii, Twilight princess suffers from this problem. Dx11 uses a technology ( the name escapes me at the moment) with rounds off pixels with no preformance hit and i heard that developers are able to program in different shapes other than triangles. I play my PC games ( + my 360 and PS3) at 1920*1080 vs the wii's 640*480.

Twilight has terrible graphics. Try out some of the better looking games and you'll see far fewer jaggies.

TP is also, you know, a gamecube game. It's always good to measure a systems graphical capabilities by using a game ported from a last gen system

Some people are right, playing the right games will show you that the wii has some games really worth playing.

Both Super Mario Galaxy and Super Smash Bros Brawl lack the jaggies that you speak of. There's other games you could try out for losing the "jaggies" but I can't name them off the top of my head either. If you have my taste in games, I really reccomend madworld and Super Paper Mario (most didn't like the latter game, but I found it to be a lot of fun).

It should be obvious that a game like this shouldn't be stretched on an HDTV expecting perfect quality with no jaggies. Also to be fair this is a GC game and one of the best looking ones from last gen at that

The graphics of most Wii games are fine. It's just that I'd like to play them at proper resolutions.

This is my problem with all current gen games although some 360 and ps3 games don't suffer from it so badly. This is also a problem I have with the Wii, but rather not discuss it because I don't want to be called a fanboy.
