So all you get is an alternative title screen?

Seriously!

Remember when you completed Super Mario World 100% you got a much longer ending, a pretty significant color pallete change for the main game graphics and a few different looking enemies in various levels? Now that was actually a very cool reward for 100% completion and it felt as such!

For getting 1 million coins I really expected a lot more than a blimmin title screen change! That's just not enough of a reward relative to the acheivment!

Disappointing, Nintendo!

Nintendo is pretty bad at giving you worthwhile unlockable stuff. I think it has to do with their idea that everyone should be able to experience the good things in a game.

(That said I can't name one company off the top of my head that did a good job with unlockable content this generation.)

Not that i expect something new past the alternate title screen.

Cant say I care. I complete almost all Mario games at %100 and pretty much dont play them for a while after. Not like I would care if there was an extra mode or something.
Honestly they shouldve added mini games like the previous new super mario bros, those were a cool distraction outside the main game.

yea Nintendo is freaking lazy, this reminds me of Luigi mansion , i dont remember what was the reward for getting all the money on that game , it was something similar isnt?
