My brother got Sims 3 with it's expansions recently. I decided to play that game a little for a nostalgia trip that I had with Sims 1.(Which I played a lot when I was a child)
It was a huge mistake.
My PC has GTX 970 graphic card, 8 GB DDR 3 ram and Intel Core i7 4790K but Sims 3(a 2009 game) has lots and lots of stutterings.
When you decide to go out to a park(Or anywhere), the game stutters.
when you select build the game stutters.
When you select the camera to follow your character when he moves around it stutters.
when you move around the camera the game stutters.
When you decide to do something the game stutters.
It was a huge mistake, he should have gotten Sims 2 instead.
Why Sims 3 got high scores even though that it's the worst optimized game that I've ever played in my life ? (I think super computers from 2025 will be able to run this game stutter free)
