I'm too lazy to put them in order (or even really think about it), but here goes:

Shadow of the Colossus, Legend of Zelda: OOT, Final Fantasy X, Halo:CE, Tetris (don't deny you love it), Oblivion, Kingdom Hearts (1+2), Old school Mega Man tracks (sorry, I can't remember any one particular game, so maybe this one doesn't count) and that's all I've got, sorry.

I won't be as descriptive like you was (great post btw) but I have to mention four (some series, not only indv. games), not that were the best, but so remarkable and fit to the game experience that I couldn't forget:

It woudl take me some time to think of 10, but my favorite so far have been Assassins Creed 2 and I liked the Halo 3 soundtrack.
