First and foremost i'd like to keep this short and concise while also adding all the points i'd like to make.
Also if any of the points i'm making have already been made, please find it in your hearts to forgive me. Any constructive critisism is appreciated. but to the point:
I'm wondering if any of the cows, sheep, or hermits are aware of the saved film function. (for users unaware please click this)
Anyway, i've got a few questions to ask anyone who is willing to answer.
1. Don't you think the saved film feature is a new feature in videogames? if not what other game has used it before?
2. Wouldnt you like other games to implement this feature? if yes, for both campain and multiplayer?
3. Don't you think its cool to re-watch your games?
I guess the real thing i'm trying to say is that so many people bash halo 3 for just being 'Halo 2.5' or just being a rehash. When infact, the new saved film feature is(to my knowledge) a completely new feature in videogaming. I'm aware many blind fanboys will say the saved film feature is worthless, tacked on, or maybe even a stupid idea. But as a Halo 3 beta player i can safely say i enjoyed using the (watered down version of the) saved film feature. infact Saved films will revolutionize machinima as we know it.
so please, i don't want to point fingers but i'm mainly talking to cows, sheep and hermits. (obviously) Don't call halo 3 a rehash. Bungie may not be revolutionizing the FPS genre, but they are adding something in Halo 3 that i think may revolutionize videogames in general.
