Funny how GOW2 follows the same premise as the first, really nothing has changed nor has it taken the series to that next level of gameplay yet it scores a 9.2. Then we have TP which followed the same premise as it's original titles and it scored an 8.8. Looks like blood gore, and sex in games triumps another teh kiddy! "but but we don't need teh blood"  TSHBO! Â

   Or, two games in a series feel more fresh than at least 20 titles in a series. A sequel is supposed to expand on the first, correcting mistakes and fleshing out the story. By the time a series hits as many as Zelda, they are expected to try some new things, be a little more daring. That would be more likely the cause of 8.8 more-so than gore.
