It is really an april fools joke by M$. It cant be true... no wifi? no hd-dvd? 179.99 for a 160GB HDD? ROFL talk about overpriced.

its not overpriced. but IF U WANT OPTIONS, then its like HOLY****!!! wi-fi adapter = 100 euro... WTF IS WITH THAT MS???

Whoa! Down, boy! Lets put those ponies back in the stable before you hurt someone. We all know you'd make fun of it if it actually included an Hd-DVD player. I think M$ may know that Blu-Ray may win the battle here. I'd not be surprised if another format won altogether, though.

god i hope this is an april fools joke, becuase me as an early adopter to the xbox...am absoluyely pissed.

which is probably why they didnt add hd dvd becuase it would make everyone even more pissed.

It has also HDMI connectivity and a better antialliasing chip in it...still not worth $179  agreed

The truth is, it is a pretty good deal when you compare it to the Premium.
