The Uncharted of 360?

What's the PS3's Gears of War?

I mean, it has Uncharted, MGS4, Demon's Souls....

But there is no game like Gears of War on PS3, with gristly action sequences and TPS combat....

I don't think there is one really. Almost every exclusive Xbox has is just a shooter, Uncharted was more than that, so I can't think of one.

gears of war is the most overrated piece of crap i ever played, it doesnt deserve to be in the same stratosphere are Uncharted, but i do like left 4 dead 2 on 360. but please, gears of war is pure crap

Probably Gears minus jumping.

Anyone who says Uncharted 2 is not a shooter is being a bit silly. Sure it had 'climbing and stealth' but you kill at the rate of about 1000kph (kills per hour)

Uncharted is such an amazing game for the PS3. In fact if I were to pick only 2 Blu-ray games to own and a PS3, those would be it. Now, the question is, the Xbox 360 has Halo, Gears, etc. but nothing like Uncharted. So, what would be the 360's Uncharted? I'd like to know.tjoeb123

you're right, Uncharted 2 is more of a shooter than AW. but they're still in the same genre of 'Modern Action/Adventure' if you care to read his post over again, I highlighted what you should take into consideration with red.

Actually, Uncharted is the most over rated piece of crap I've ever played, it doesn't deserve to be in the same stratosphere as Gears of War, but I do like God of War 3 on the PS3. But please, Uncharted is pure crap.

Why do we need the same game on every system? I don't want a Halo of PS3 and a Ratchet and Clank of 360. It's what separates the systems and makes them great in their own right. Reactionary game development hardly ever works.

MotorStorm is nothing like Split-Second. maybe Apocalypse is, but not the MotorStorm I got to play.

as for inFamous, that's a game I'd like to give a try. but it's prioritized after MotorStorm and before UC2.

I actually think it's more like a movie with non stop action sequences and your occasional breathtaking vista then anything else. That's your opinion though, I can respect it. :)

uncharted 2 is gears of war on ps3 essentially. They appeal to the same demographic among other parts.

Uncharted 2 has, probably the only story in recent memory that I actually cared about, and wanted to see what would happen next. The campaign is the best I've EVER played, even though I will admit, I think they took a few things from (my other favorite game)Gears of War.
