My biggest fear with nintendo is that they're going to cause an atari like crash. Atari had good games on the system too, but it was also inundated with shovelware. The same scenario is playing out on the wii right now.

Seriously though, when you list games with 6.5-7.5/10 scores you know your digging to the bottom of the barrel. Generally thats not a score you brag about on system wars.

You say "they" like it's all the same source. The talking head on the tv only reports the predictions, its important to look at where they are originating.

Galaxy looks awesome, Super Smash Brawl is sooo overrated with a 9.5, House of the Dead Overkill looks awesome, as does New Super Mario Bros.

And that about does it for my interest of games on the wii. I've played Super Mario RPG on my virtual console more than any wii game I've bought (Animal Crossing, Super Smash Bros Brawl, Metroid Prime 3) and still the last time I played that was 2 months ago. The wii is just too much of a gimmick for me, and if my sister and daughter didnt play it, I would sale it in a heartbeat.

I have a Wii and haven't touched it since Punch Out came out. I can't even remember when I played it before that. I thought NMH was terrible and lost all interest in Madworld when I found out it was just a Mature mini-game game. My Wii will probably continue collecting dust until that new Mario game comes out.
